NWA‘s Mike Mondo shows off an impressive two-year body transformation.
Reigning NWA National Champion Mike Mondo took to X/Twitter to post a side-by-side photo comparison showcasing his impressive two-year body transformation between May 2024 and June 2026. Mondo noted that he wanted to share his transformation as a message of hope and inspiration to people who want to improve their health but are struggling.
Mike Mondo shared that his transformation is a result of consistent discipline rather than temporary motivation. He urged everyone to show grace throughout the process and commit to daily work even when things are difficult.

“I’m putting this comparison photo for all those struggling with wanting change especially when it comes to their health as a message of hope & inspiration. There’s no filter in either photo. There is a difference between “motivation” & “DISCIPLINE”. Motivation comes and goes. Discipline is putting in the work inside & outside the gym CONSISTENTLY even on days when it’s hard & you don’t want to but do it anyway,” Mike Mondo wrote.
“This transformation took me just under 2 years to attain. Show yourself grace & understand it’s not an overnight or 2 week process. I wish it was. The point of this post if I can do it SO CAN YOU!! It’s a mindset & a vision. Mike Mondo is also known for his time in WWE as Mikey of the Spirit Squad from 2005 to 2006. He also had a short run in the promotion between October and November 2016.
