According to PWInsider, CM Punk will appear on A&E’s new UFC Rivals special. The two-part series premieres June 21. While away from WWE programming, Punk joins the show’s discussion panel. Mario Lopez hosts the special and will be seen leading conversations throughout both episodes.
Punk won’t be the only name. Michael Bisping, Miesha Tate, and Ken Shamrock join the lineup. The series revisits famous feuds. It explores lasting rivalries and also looks at their impact.
The special also explores how those rivalries shaped careers. It highlights their impact on UFC’s growth. The first episode covers Chuck Liddell and Tito Ortiz, while the second episode focuses on Georges St-Pierre and Matt Serra. Both episodes are set to air back-to-back on June 21.
