Bronson Reed Teases WWE Return With Bold Warning

Bronson Reed appears to be inching closer to a WWE return, and the powerhouse star has already sent a message to the rest of the locker room.

After spending months on the sidelines recovering from a serious injury, Reed took to social media this week with a playful but confident warning about what’s ahead.

The former Raw standout has remained active online throughout his rehabilitation, and his latest post has only added intrigue about his comeback timeline.

Bronson Reed sends message ahead of WWE comeback

Reed posted on X that he was training while listening to Taylor Swift’s The Tortured Poets Department, writing, “I’m working out listening to The Tortured Poets Department. It really is game over for y’all when I return.”

The contrast between Reed’s hard-hitting in-ring style and his choice of workout soundtrack quickly caught fans’ attention. While the message carried a humorous tone, it also served as another sign that the 37-year-old is closing in on an eventual return to WWE television.

Reed has been out of action since the February 23 episode of Monday Night Raw. During a Triple Threat Elimination Chamber qualifying match against Jey Uso and El Grande Americano, Reed suffered a torn distal biceps tendon after his arm landed awkwardly while attempting to break up a pinfall.

The injury forced an immediate change to the match. Unable to continue, Reed exited the contest while the remaining competitors called an audible, with Jey Uso ultimately securing the victory.

Following successful surgery in late February, Reed has steadily progressed through rehabilitation. A typical recovery timeline for the injury ranges from four to six months, placing him firmly within the expected window for a comeback.

Earlier this month, Reed also reassured fans after his involvement in a rear-end car accident, confirming that nobody was hurt and that his recovery remained on track.

For now, Reed’s return date remains unannounced. However, if his latest warning is any indication, the Aus-Zilla is preparing to make a big splash — and perhaps leave opponents feeling a little tortured themselves — when he finally steps back into a WWE ring.
