Lyra Valkyria took out her frustrations on Bayley after this week’s episode of WWE RAW.
Valkyria and Bayley challenged Paige and Brie Bella for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship on RAW in London.
Lyra hit a fisherman’s buster on Paige and rolled through, attempting to hit a second one. Paige countered and hit Ram-Paige for the pinfall win to retain.
Bayley and Lyra were clearly upset about the loss, but Bayley attempted to stay positive and told her partner that they would get another title shot soon. Bayley hugged her, but Lyra suddenly attacked her and whipped her neck first into the ropes. Lyra continued the assault, pummeling Bayley before hitting her with Nightwing. Referees and agents ran in to break it up, but Lyra got in one final shot before finally leaving the ring.
After a commercial, Jackie Redmond asked Lyra to explain her actions. Instead, Lyra snapped at her before leaving the area.
Bayley and Lyra Valkyria had been teaming for just over a year. After feuding with each other over the WWE Women’s Intercontinental Championship, the pair began teaming ahead of WrestleMania 41. However, that alliance appears to have come to an end.
