Jason Statham was in attendance for this week’s episode of WWE RAW.
The June 22 episode of WWE RAW is underway at the O2 Arena in London, England. Actor Jason Statham was among the many special guests who were in attendance. The promotion showed him in the front row during the broadcast, and he received a huge pop from the fans.
Before the show went live on Netflix, Jason Statham stood near the entrance ramp and sent a message to the fans. He noted that he met the talent backstage and expressed his excitement for the event.
“It’s big, it’s big, and we’re here! It’s great. We just met a lot of fighters backstage. It’s gonna be a big one. I feel it,” he said.
Statham, as well as Zuffa Boxing’s Lee Cutler and Alex MacMillan, former boxer Derek Chisora, and UFC’s Michael ‘Venom’ Page were also in attendance and got shoutouts from the commentators during the broadcast.
WWE RAW has already featured a major moment in Lyra Valkyria’s heel turn, and The Vision’s World Tag Team Championship defense against The Street Profits.
