WWE’s Bloodline saga may not be done adding new chapters just yet. According to a new report, another member of the legendary Anoaʻi family is expected to join the company. This move could further strengthen one of wrestling’s most influential dynasties.
While nothing has officially come to light, recent developments suggest the deal could already be closer than many fans expected.
If the report proves accurate, another branch of the family tree may soon be planted in WWE soil.
Zilla Fatu reportedly preparing for WWE signing
According to Fightful Select, WWE’s current plan is to sign Zilla Fatu, “if he hasn’t been signed already.” The report added that the 26-year-old recently visited the WWE Performance Center, where he was reportedly completing processes related to a potential signing.
Fightful Select stated: “WWE’s current plan is to sign Zilla Fatu, if he hasn’t been signed already. Zilla was at the WWE Performance Center recently, and was going through some processes to prepare for the signing.”
Zilla is the son of the late Umaga, a two-time WWE Intercontinental Champion. The young star has built his name on the independent circuit with promotions including Reality of Wrestling and House of Glory. Earlier this year, he unsuccessfully challenged MJF for the AEW World Championship during the House of Glory competition.
Reports note that speculation about WWE’s interest has existed for some time. Nevertheless, the company’s plans to sign him are believed to be a more recent development. Earlier this year, Zilla also stated that his goal was to join WWE rather than sign with AEW.
His arrival would continue the Anoaʻi family’s remarkable legacy in WWE, which already includes Roman Reigns, Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, Jacob Fatu, and numerous Hall of Famers. That’s one family tree with more branches than a Money in the Bank ladder has rungs.
For now, WWE has not officially confirmed the signing. However, if the reported plans move forward, Zilla Fatu could soon become the latest member of the Bloodline legacy to step onto the company’s biggest stage.
