Follow Up: More New Photos of NJPW IC Champion MVP

Former WWE United States Heavyweight Champion MVP has made history, as the Superstar from the 305 defeated Toru Yano earlier this evening at the old ECW Arena in South Philadelphia, Pennsylvania to become the very first New Japan Pro Wrestling Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion.

MVP, who apparently left WWE on very good terms with Chairman Vince McMahon and Talent Relations Executive John Laurinaitis, has long professed his love for the New Japan style, and gave a moving speech after his historic title victory.
