Fallon Henley has nothing but praise for Mickie James.
Appearing on Cody Rhodes’ What Do You Wanna Talk About? podcast, the Fatal Influence member described James as “always so sweet and helpful.”
“One of the nicest humans I think I’ve ever met. Just always so sweet, always so helpful. She was coming to NXT for a while when she was doing the LFG show, and every time I saw her, it was just tons of hugs, lots of advice, complimenting everything. She is just sweet as pie. It’s almost sickening how sweet she is.”
Cody Rhodes added that Mickie James had always been the same way, even during her early days in OVW.
“She was the same way at OVW when she was actually just breaking in. It was after her initial feud with Trish, but she was still young herself and incredibly helpful.”
Fallon agreed with Rhodes, noting that while some people can come across as overly nice, it only feels that way when it isn’t genuine. In Mickie James’ case, she said it comes across as completely authentic.
“Mickie is just a straight-up genuine person, no matter what she’s doing or where she is.”
In 2023, Henley had teased a potential storyline with James after publicly asking the veteran to join forces with her against then-WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Chelsea Green and Piper Niven.
James responded with a Tombstone-inspired line, suggesting that “Ms. Hardcore Country” was the right person for the job. However, the storyline never progressed beyond social media.
Henley is currently assigned to WWE SmackDown alongside the rest of Fatal Influence (Jacy Jayne and Lainey Reid).
