Wade Keller of PWTorch.com is reporting that Scott Hall was indeed drunk at last night’s TNA Turning Point PPV and was not given permission by Jeff Jarrett to appear at ringside during the show. It should be noted that The Insane Clown Posse was allowed to appear at ringside, however Scott Hall was asked to leave the area which explains his being there for just a few matches. It is also being reported that despite various rumors, Scott Hall was never booked to play a part in the match between Kevin Nash and Samoa Joe.
