Ric Flair was involved in a â~Career Threatening Matchâ this past weekend. He wrestled Mark Henry on Saturdayâs WWE SmackDown/ECW house show in State College, PA and successfully defeated mark Henry via count-out.

The WWE SmackDown and ECW brands have a house show tonight in Marlboro MD.
Todd Wright recently said that WWE World Champion Edge is scheduled to be appearing on the â~Todd Wright Tonightâ show which airs on the Sporting News Radio network, weekdays from 10pm to 2am ET.
With the launch of WWE HD tonight starting with Monday Night RAW, WWE is still undecided if they should go red or blu – HD DVD or Blu-Ray – for their high def releases. As all of you know, the format war is not yet over and while HD DVD enjoys the fact that they have cheaper hardware, Blu-Ray has support from five major movie studios which gives them the edge in the war. “We want to be able to repurpose these events that we produce and tape. Going forward, it’s going to be an HD world, so we should have HD content that we can make DVDs out of, and use this material for the future,” said Mike Grossman, WWE’s Senior Vice President for Television Operations. Former WWE Superstar Scotty 2 Hotty is scheduled to be appearing on Friday, February 1stâs UWF show in Wilson, NC at the Bill Ellis Convention Center. An unnamed former ECW Superstar is scheduled to be appearing as well as Abyss, Kevin Nash, Robert Roode, James Storm, Petey Williams, Awesome Kong and Velvet Sky.
WWE Chairman Vince McMahon will be appearing on the Adam Carolla Show on KLSX in L.A. and various other markets this Thursday, January 24th. The show airs from 6am to 10am live on AdamCarolla.com
