WWE manages to retain the top spot on the Recreational Sports DVD chart with SummerSlam 2007.
WWE.com has revealed two international tours for 2008. The first will be in France and the United Kingdom for the nine-day straight ‘WrestleMania Revenge Tour.’
Stan sent the following: WWE and Vince McMahon got a mention on Greta Van Susteren on FOX the other night in a jail house interview with Girls Gone Wild founder Joe Francis. Joe said his current legal troubles started from an incident related to the WWE and Girls Gone Wild PPV that was held in Panama City, FL a few years back. Francis mentioned being on WWE RAW programming and even said he was a “character” and said WWE and himself announced the special PPV would be held in Panama City on TV and after promoting the PPV, the sheriff of Panama City began speaking out on Francis and GGW and eventually Francis ended up in jail to make a long story short.
A fan report from Christopher Dale says Chris Masters appeared to be injured at the 10/18 SmackDown/ECW show in Nottingham, England. Kane and The Undertaker were in a match with Finlay and Masters when Masters went down and had to be escorted to the back by officials. The last 5 minutes or so of the match was a Handicap match. We’ll keep you updated on any details on Masters’ injury.
