HBO interviewed Marcus Bagwell on 9/1 at an independent show in Pennington Gap, VA. It appears the “Real Sports” segment on wrestling deaths and drug use may not be dead after all.
Lex Luger gave a speech at a Macon, GA church. Luger talked about the death of his former girlfriend, Elizabeth. Luger said that Elizabeth was trying to be like him, partying was beyond any reasonable level. “People say, ‘did you kill her?’ I might as well have put a gun to her head,” Luger said.
The 8/26 airings of “Hogan Knows Best” scored cable ratings of 1.4, 1.3, and 1.1. The show is highest rated program on VH-1.
