The Miz vs. Chris Jericho vs. Wade Barrett (c)
Barrett gets taken out of the equation early and Miz tries to steal a victory with a roll-up, but Jericho kicks out. Y2J flies over the top rope and takes out Barrett, and the two roll back into the ring and exchange right hands. Jericho with a standing dropkick; Barrett kicks out. Miz pulls Jericho to the outside and slams him into the apron, and now it's Barrett and Miz trading in the ring. Eventually they set up the super-super-plex spot in the corner and all three men take a spill as we head to a commercial break.
Back from the break and Miz is in control of the champion until Barrett counters into a Winds of Change backbreaker. Wade lifts him up for Wasteland, but Miz struggles free and locks in the Figure Four! Jericho out of nowhere and he uses the submission to hit the Lionsault on Miz! 1…2…No, Miz kicks out.
Jericho and Barrett battle back and forth in the ring – former NXT mentor/mentees – and Y2J gets the Walls of Jericho locks in. Jericho pulls him to the center of the ring, but Miz breaks up the submission and tries for the Skull Crushing Finale. Barrett goes flying out of the ring and Jericho rolls Miz up! 1…2…Miz kicks out. Barrett recovers, but Jericho throws him hard into the barricade on the outside. As Chris getes back into the ring, Miz plants him with a DDT, but only gets a near-fall.
Once again Barrett recovers and gets on the apron, but Jericho springboards off the top rope and knocks him down with a dropkick. Miz levels Jericho with a big boot, and the two trade knife-edge chops in the center of the ring. Miz catches Jericho with the Skull Crushing Finale, but Wade Barrett rolls up Miz from behind! 1…2…3!
