Let’s find out the most successful Elimination Chamber entry number ever.
For years, the WWE Elimination Chamber has been one of WWE’s toughest matches. Six superstars are locked inside a huge steel structure. The order they enter can make a massive difference.
However, looking at the statistics and history, one spot stands out particularly.
Which Entry Number Has Produced The Most Elimination Chamber Winners?
The most successful entry number in the WWE Elimination Chamber history is #6. So far, superstars who entered at 6 have won nine Elimination Chamber matches.
Entry #6 might be the best spot because that competitor comes in last and is the freshest. On the other hand, Entry #1 or #2 requires more stamina, endurance, and survival skills since those wrestlers start the match and have to survive the longest. On the other hand, Entry #5 seems to offer the perfect middle ground, not too early, not too late.
Entry #6 has also produced big winners like Shawn Michaels (2002), John Cena (2010), Daniel Bryan (2012), Randy Orton (2014), The New Day (2015), Alexa Bliss (2018), Bianca Belair (2022), and Asuka (2023).
In 2022, Brock Lesnar entered last. However, whether his actual spot was #6 remains doubtful because Bobby Lashley’s pod got destroyed after Seth Rollins threw Austin Theory on it. This chain of events injured Lashley as medics took him away for further treatment. So the next remaining ones were Matt Riddle, AJ Styles, and Lesnar, who came out, respectively.
Other entry numbers:
Entry #1 has had some impressive winners too, including Edge (2011), CM Punk (2012), the team of Bayley and Sasha Banks (2019), Daniel Bryan (2019 and 2021), Drew McIntyre (2024), and Becky Lynch (2024).
Another entry number that comes close to #1 is #5.
One major reason for Entry #5’s success is Triple H. He was the first superstar to win multiple Elimination Chamber matches. In 2003, he entered the 5th and won the World Heavyweight Championship. In 2005, he entered the 3rd and won. Then again, in 2008 and 2009, he entered the 5th and won.
Other big winners from #5 include Bobby Lashley, who won the ECW World Championship at December to Dismember 2006.
John Cena also has an interesting connection to Entry #5. In 2011, he was technically the 5th entrant. The 4th entrant was CM Punk, but his pod suffered a malfunction and didn’t open properly at first. He had to crawl out of it, only to get pinned by Randy Orton a few minutes later. Then the anonymous RAW GM allowed Punk to fight again, and he was reinstated in the match. Cena was also the 5th entrant in his last Chamber match in 2025, where he won.
In 2015, Ryback won the Chamber as Entry #5. Technically, it is tough to say if he was actually the 5th entrant or the 4th entrant because Mark Henry’s pod glass was broken after Wade Barrett slammed Dolph Ziggler onto the pod. So Henry came out 4th. However, he was reportedly supposed to be the 6th entrant.
In 2018, Roman Reigns entered 5th and won. However, the match started with three wrestlers that year.
Entry #3 has seen champions like Triple H (2005), Jack Swagger (2013), Drew McIntyre (2021), Austin Theory (2023), and Bianca Belair (2025).
Entry #4 has winners including Chris Jericho (2010), Bray Wyatt (2017), The Miz and John Morrison (2020), and Shayna Baszler (2020).
