AJ clotheslines him onto the ramp and tries to set up a springboard, but Aries shakes the ropes and AJ crashes down on the ramp. Aries goes for a Brainbuster but AJ counters with a front release suplex, then he goes for a Styles Clash but Aries backdrops AJ off the ramp and onto the floor. Aries goes for a suicide dive but AJ sidesteps him and sends him into the ring steps, then they both roll in and trade some punches and forearm shots. Aries hits a German suplex and a discus punch, but AJ comes back with a Pele Kick, only Aries drapes his arm over AJ and gets the win.

The Main Event Mafia heads to the ring and Sting says they are halfway to their goal, but they didn't get the fight they wanted so they will make sure it happens. Sting says they start by making the offer the Aces and Eights can't refuse, then the Aces make their way out and Ken Anderson says they are cheater. Anderson says that's the only reason Chris Sabin is champion, and they can fight dirty if the Mafia wants, because they aren't backing down.
Kurt Angle says they want a five-on-five match at Hardcore Justice, and the loser of that match will leave TNA forever, which starts their downfall. Samoa Joe says this isn't a negotiation, then they all start brawling before the Aces retreat and Anderson screams that they accept the match. The lights go out and Tito Ortiz walks down the ramp, then he stares them all down and everyone wonders why he is there. Rampage throws his arms up in the air as Anderson looks like he is trying to figure it out, then the Mafia talks to Rampage as the show comes to a close.
