The latest backstage word regarding the Seth Rollins heel turn angle on Raw this week is that the turn was officially decided on prior to the Payback PPV on Sunday afternoon.

Vince McMahon reportedly made the decision to pull the trigger on the heel turn in reaction to the poor Raw rating from the week before.
