Rusev (w/ Lana) vs Sin Cara

So… we get back from a break to find out that Rusev beat Cara during the break, BUT you could’ve seen the match on the WWE App if you had it. Rusev celebrates and Lana cuts a promo, putting down the United States, then she sings Happy Birthday to the President, but sings in Russian. Zeb Colter and Jack Swagger come out and Zeb says they are all sick of this, and Swagger fights for America, but Rusev fights against their entire country. Zeb says Swagger fights for the people, and the last thing they will see at Summerslam is them waving the American flag, and they lead the crowd in a ‘We The People’ chant. Rusev snaps and hits Swagger in the stomach with the flag pole, then he hits him and knocks him out of the ring. Zeb tries to stand his ground and Rusev turns towards him, but they end up backing away and Lana screams at Zeb as they leave.

Winner – Rusev

BP: Are you kidding me? I said the trolling during the opening promo, and even the commentators constantly plugging the Network was fine, but this? This is absolutely stupid. Have the match on TV, or just do the promo itself. It’s one thing to have backstage promos or fights on the App, but advertising a match before the break and coming back to it being over is dumb. Moving past that, the promo and segment were great. Rusev gets more heat, Swagger gets more sympathy and a face reaction.

Dolph Ziggler vs Cesaro

Cesaro hits Dolph a few times and whips him, then Dolph counters with a Zig Zag for the win. The Miz enters the ring and taunts Dolph, raising his title in the air. Dolph says he will see him at Summerslam, then he feigns a superkick and smiles as Miz ducks and checks on his ‘moneymaker.’

Winner – Dolph Ziggler

Rybaxel vs The Dust Brothers

Axel elbows Goldust a few times and puts him in a headlock, then Goldust knocks him down and Stardust tags in and hits a dropkick and an elbow. Ryback breaks it up but Cody throws him into the ringpost, then Stardust hits Axel with Dark Matter for the win.

Winners – The Dust Brothers
