CM Punk’s Lawyers Send 22 Page Letter to WWE Over Royalties, Dixie Carter Unable to Attend BFG Due to Table Spot Injuries?

Attorneys for CM Punk have reportedly sent a 22 page letter to WWE over royalties Punk feels he’s owed, for the use of Punk’s likeness, particularly where it concerns WWE 2k15. The belief is WWE stopped paying Punk royalties because they felt he breached his contract with the company following his walk-out.

Dixie Carter Unable to Attend BFG Due to Table Spot Injuries?

There was speculation coming out of the New York City Impact Wrestling tapings that Dixie Carter suffered legitimate injuries after being put through a table by Team 3D. According to the latest backstage TNA word, those reports were accurate, and Carter legitimately suffered two fractures of the back and a fractured rib as a result of the spot.

As of now, her status for Bound for Glory is unlikely as she might not be able to make the long flight, but that will likely be re-evaluated once it gets closer to the PPV date.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
