Mick Foley Talks Still Being a WWE Fan

WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley recently did an interview for The Lethbridge Herald, during which Foley was promoting his upcoming comedy show on September 28th at the ENMAX Centre in Lethbridge, AB.

When asked if he still watches WWE TV on a regular basis, Foley had the following to say:

“I watch it almost every week with my children,” Foley said. “I’m still a fan of the product, which means I can voice my opinion, usually positive but occasionally I’ll have some constructive criticism that I’m not shy about voicing. All in all, I like the direction of the company and I think they’ve got a lot of great talent and building for the future.”

Slam City DVD in the Works

According to WrestlingDVDNews.com, WWE will be releasing a single disc Slam City DVD, and so far it has been announced for The UK and Australia. The release should be in stores in time for the holidays.

Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
