Royal Rumble Kickoff Match Changed
The Kickoff match for tonight’s WWE Royal Rumble pay-per-view, which was previously announced as a 6-man tag team match, has been changed to a traditional 2-on-2 tag team match.
Big E and Kofi Kingston will take on Tyson Kidd and Cesaro. Adam Rose and Xavier Woods had been advertised, but Woods has been nursing an ankle injury for the last week, and WWE officials apparently did not feel he could compete in tonight’s match-up.
Superstars Speak on The Rock
Several WWE Superstars have commented on the possibility of The Rock being used at tonight’s Royal Rumble pay-per-view.
