Triple H brought up Ring of Honor and Dragon Gate, and said he’s a fan of both promotions. He added he doesn’t intend for NXT to be a direct competitor to those promotions, he is just out to put together the best roster he can.

Triple H put over Samoa Joe, and called him a phenomenal talent. He said Joe was at the Performance Center a month or two ago, and he doesn’t know if they will do business together. HHH said him and Joe spoke for about 5 minutes, but it was mostly just exchanging pleasantries.

Triple H addressed rumors of ROH talent turning down NXT contracts in favor of ROH, but said NXT hadn’t spoken to any of those said talents on any level.

Triple H said his goal from day one was to make NXT its own brand, but he didn’t tell anyone that.

With regards to NXT talents on the main roster, and gimmicks working in NXT, Triple H said not all NXT gimmicks will work on the main roster, and there are plenty of talents in NXT that unfortunately won’t make it on the main roster.

Triple H was asked about Vince watching NXT, and HHH said Vince watches bits and pieces of the product, but he doesn’t see all of it.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
