WWE RAW Preview
WWE has started promoting next week’s episode of WWE RAW as the “season premiere” of the show. WWE.com features the following preview:
Next Monday night at 8/7 C on USA Network, brace yourself for the explosive season premiere of The Longest-Running Weekly Episodic Television Show in History — featuring not one, but two championship matches!
The monumental celebration could see Nikki Bella’s potentially record-breaking Divas Title reign hit a “Natural” roadblock. After winning the Divas Title Beat the Clock Challenge, Charlotte’s petition to have her Night of the Champions title opportunity moved up was granted by The Authority. As a result, if she can win the butterfly-emblazoned title next week, she will stop Nikki Bella from becoming the longest-reigning Divas Champion of all time.
In addition, don’t miss a WWE Tag Team Championship rematch, in which reigning titleholders The New Day will go head-to head against The Prime Time Players. The winners of that showdown will put the titles on the line against The Dudley Boyz at Night of Champions!
Don’t miss the season premiere of Raw, next Monday at 8/7 C, only on USA Network.
This is not the first time they have done this; last year’s season premiere took place in Baltimore, Maryland, also the site of last night’s episode of RAW.
