Third Match: Enzo Amore & Colin Cassidy vs. The Ascension in a First Round Match in the WWE Tag Team Championship Number One Contender’s Tournament
Enzo and Cass lived a rough neighborhood. If Enzo and Cass had a nickel for every time they’ve gotten beaten up, they would have zero dimes. Enzo says that their opponents tonight are The Ascension and he could find a million things to say about The Ascension, but the worst thing is that is they’re The Ascension. How you doing? Cass says that their are going to run through this tournament and becomes the next WWE Tag Team Champions. Cass has only word to describe The Ascension and he’s going to spell it out for you. S.A.W.F.T! Konnor and Enzo starts off the match. Enzo with a side headlock. Konnor gets out of the hold and drops Enzo with a shoulder tackle. Konnor tags in Viktor. Viktor with a knife edge chop to Enzo in the corner. Enzo connects with the flying head scissors to Viktor. Enzo with a diving crossbody for a two count. Enzo tags in Cass. Cass bodyslams Enzo onto Viktor for a two count. Enzo tags himself in.
Enzo with a flying back elbow to Viktor in the corner. Konnor distracts Enzo. Viktor with a running shoulder block that knocks Enzo off the ring apron. Konnor drives Enzo back first to the barricade. Konnor rolls Enzo back into the ring. Konnor goes for the pin, but Enzo kicks out at the count of two. Konnor tags in Viktor. Ascension double teams Enzo. Viktor goes for the pin, but Enzo kicks out at two. Enzo with a boot to the face of Konnor. Enzo tosses Viktor to the outside. Konnor charges towards Enzo, but he gets sent shoulder first to the steel ring post. Enzo tags in Cass. Cass with a shoulder tackle to Viktor and a corner splash to Konnor. Cass with a big bodyslam to Viktor. Cass connects with the Empire Elbow. Cass with a flying elbow drop for a two count as Konnor breaks the pin attempt. Cass with a big running boot to that knocks Konnor off the ring apron. Cass drops Viktor with the spinning side slam. Enzo and Cass connects with the Rocket Launcher to pickup the victory.
