Backstage Renee Young is with Apollo Crews. Stardust interrupts. Crews says he is honored to face Cody tonight. He also notes how Cody’s father helped him in NXT. Stardust takes offense to the implication that he and Cody are the same person.
Stardust vs Apollo Crews
After a lock up Stardust drops down, but Crews cartwheels over him into a backflip followed by a drop kick. Stardust surprised Crews with a neck breaker. Stardust telegraphs a back body drop. Stardust sits on Crews, but Crews kicks out. Jumping enzguri by Crews. Crews’ standing moonsault leads to another two count. Crews hits the spinout bomb for the victory.

Dean Ambrose makes his way to the ring. Ambrose says he was supposed to host an episode of the “Ambrose Asylum” but he isn’t in any mood for fun and games. This Sunday at Payback there will be no fun or games. Jericho likes to talk about how great he is but Ambrose comes out every week and fights to earn respect. Ambrose calls out Jericho. Jericho obliges. Jericho calls Ambrose an idiot if he thinks he is going to fight him in a dump like Hartford. Being in the ring with Jericho will put Ambrose on another level. Jericho suggest that Ambrose should get down on his knees and kiss his boots.
