John Cena hits the ring and says that for the first time last week they had John Cena and AJ Styles face-to-face in the middle of the ring. Cena notes that normally the crowd would chant “let’s go Cena/Cena sucks.” Instead, it was “let’s go Cena/AJ Styles.” Cena says he has been in the middle of many special moments, but the only person that he felt that kind of electricity from was The Rock. In the end, Cena just has to ask why. Why did Styles have to take the easy way out? Cena asks for Styles to come to the ring, and Styles obliges. Styles is flanked by Karl Anderson and Doc Gallows.
Styles says he did it because he had a plan. To get in the ring with Cena, shake his hand, and punch him in the face. Styles says Cena offends him. Styles says Cena can’t wrestle. Cena says Styles is saying the same stuff that everyone else has said. Cena said Styles worked 20 years to get to the Royal Rumble and he failed. Styles was gifted two shots at the WWE title and he lost. Styles is nothing but a bust. Styles couldn’t beat Roman Reigns, but thinks he can pick a fight with John Cena? Styles says he has nothing left to prove. If he left today he would be welcomed with open arms all over the world, unlike those with nowhere else to go. Styles says he has nothing to lose, which makes him the most dangerous.
