American Alpha vs The Authors of Pain
As Chad Gable and Jason Jordan make their way down the ramp, The Authors of Pain attack them from behind. Jordan gets launched off the stage as Gable is assaulted on the ramp. A bunch of referees comes out to break it up. Paul Ellering joins AoP on the ramp. Jordan and Gable push the referees away and limp to the ring. Gable and Jordan clear the ring and the referee calls for the bell. Looks like this match will still take place. AoP One charges Jordan, but Jordan arm drags him. Jordan tags in Gable and they hit a double northern lights suplex. AoP One tags in AoP Two. AoP One tosses Gable into AoP Two who catches him in a bearhug. AoP One hits the ropes and runs right into Gable’s back.
Gable isn’t moving. The AoP trap Gable in their corner and take turns beating him down. Gable manages to tag in Jordan, who takes AoP One down with a double leg. AoP Two gets in the ring, but Jordan meets him with a flurry of punches followed by a huge overhead belly-to-belly suplex. Jordan side suplexes AoP Two, but AoP Two kicks out at one. AoP Two hotshots Jordan on the top rope, but Gable tags himself in during the collision. Gable gets a running start and almost decapitates AoP Two with a forearm, followed by a t-bone suplex for a near fall. Gable gets caught midair by AoP Two.
