WWE Cruiserweight Classic Results (7/27) – Sabre vs Dux, Gulak/Sihra, Brian Kendrick Returns

Second Match: Harv Sihra (British Columbia) vs. Drew Gulak (USA) in a First Round Match in the Cruiserweight Classic Tournament 

Gulak and Sihra locks up. Sihra with a go-behind waist lock. Gulak small packages Sihra for a two count. Gulak applies a greco roman knuckle lock. Back to a vertical position and Sihra monkey flips Gulak to the corner. Sihra applies a bodyscissors. Gulak with a side headlock takeover. Gulak drops Sihra with a shoulder tackle. Sihra goes for a crossbody, but Gulak catches him. Gulak gets Sihra in the fireman’s carry position, but Sihra rolls Gulak up for a two count. Sihra with a rolling crucifix for a two count.

Gulak drops Sihra with a diving clothesline off the second rope for a two count. Gulak with a series of palm strikes to Sihra. Gulak bodyslams Sihra onto the ropes. Sihra with a back bodydrop that sends Gulak crashing to the outside. Sihra with a springboard moonsault. Sihra rolls Gulak back into the ring. Sihra goes to the ground and pound attack. Sihra with a swinging neck breaker for a two count. Gulak ascends to the top rope. Sihra plants Gulak with a superplex. Sihra goes for the Ankle Lock, but Gulak counters with the Dragon Sleeper with Bodyscissors and Sihra taps out. 

Winner: Drew Gulak (USA) via Submission
