On if he ever worked with Donald Trump in WWE:

BP: I worked very closely with the Donald during his WWE tenure prior to the WrestleMania with Vince. Yes. I’ve got a picture with Donald right up on the wall of my office.

On what it was like working with Donald Trump:

BP: I enjoyed my time with Donald. He was a lot of fun to work with because you never knew exactly what you were going to get. He had a very interesting viewpoint on things. I loved talking to him. I enjoyed being around Donald. He was easy as hell to work with. He got it.

On what he thought of Donald Trump’s judgement and temperament while working with him:

BP: What’s publicly perceived and what I dealt with on a private level are different. He was a great businessman. He thought things through. He analyzed things. He had a good feel for things in general. On that level, it’s like asking if Donald is the guy that you saw in front of the audience at WrestleMania and that build up where he was the quote, “Owner of RAW,” that was a public persona. They created it. The guy behind the scenes was very calculated, knew exactly what he wanted to do, had bounced things off of people and would think and ponder. I laughed when they said, “Aw! This guy with the nuclear codes?!” I’m like, “Come on people.”

On if he would be fine with Donald Trump having control of the US nuclear codes:

BP: Without a doubt. Without a doubt. He’d have people around him that knew their stuff and that he would trust to advise him. He would never go over half cocked. To go off half cocked with the nuclear codes with the media out there… he’s using the media. He’s using everything at his disposal to try and do something that has never been done before. I can only speak from my experience with him and my experience was dealing with him on ideas and dealing with him on a day to day basis. I found it hilarious that they got the southern kid from Texas and the southern boy from Georgia in Michael Hayes and we were the two that were tethered to Donald the whole time he was there. We kind of wrangled Donald. We were two southern boys wrangling a New York billionaire. He was great.
