Top TNA Star Removed From Bound For Glory, Replacement Named For Title Match; Updated Card

TNA has announced a replacement for Drew Galloway, who has been ruled out of action for this Sunday’s TNA Bound for Glory pay-per-view with an injury. Eddie Edwards, a former two-time X-Division Champion and five-time TNA tag team champion, will replace Galloway in his match against Aron Rex (former WWE Superstar Damien Sandow) to crown the first ever Impact Grand Championship.

That is of course assuming that Bound for Glory still goes on as planned. Just two days removed from the company’s biggest pay-per-view event of the year, there is still some uncertainty surrounding the show and, more importantly, the future of the company as fans await a final decision as to who will control majority ownership of Impact Wrestling when the dust of the ongoing bidding war comes to an end.

For the moment, TNA is moving forward under the assumption that Bound for Glory will in fact air as planned. Here’s the updated match card:

The Great War – TNA Tag Team Championship
