Before Styles calls out John Cena, and he will, he has to get something off his chest. As the WWE Champion, Styles thought he wouldn’t have to deal with things like this. Styles brings up his placement in the Royal Rumble Poster. Styles rips Shane McMahon for his incompetence as a general manager. Styles calls out John Cena. Cena comes down to the ring with a brand new outfit. Everyone has heard enough of Cena’s rah rah speeches. Monday morning, Styles turns on the television and he sees John Cena on the Today Show. What does Styles hear and see? We see a clip of John Cena, Tamara Hall and Al Roker ripping AJ Styles as just a guy from Atlanta. So Styles is just a guy from Atlanta? He’s the Phenomenal, AJ Styles. He’s the champ, that runs the camp. He’s the man, who’s been holding down Smackdown Live since Cena has been gone.
Nobody has missed Cena, nobody. Styles tells Cena to look at him when he is talking to him. Styles didn’t just take Cena’s place, he’s the face that replaced him. Styles knows it eats Cena up. Styles knows that because Cena always comes up with an excuse. Styles doesn’t play fair. He wasn’t ready to come back from his injury. Styles says that Cena is a sorry execuse of a wrestler. It’s cute that Cena has a new shirt. Styles wants to know what does he have to do to get and earn respect around here? Maybe he will get respect when he beats Cena at the Royal Rumble. He has fought for everything in the WWE. He’s not settling for an inch. Styles is taking a foot and putting it in Cena’s ass.
