Is WWE Trying To Establish Sami Zayn As A “Total Geek”?
The Wrestling Observer is reporting that there is some backstage heat on Sami Zayn at the moment. They weren’t specific on what caused the heat but did note that the following backstage RAW segment from last Monday was done to establish Zayn as a, “total geek”:
It should be noted that for a guy that has “heat” on him he did defeat Seth Rollins this past Monday night on RAW to qualify for the Royal Rumble match.
Post-Rumble Advertising Teases New Reigns Feud
Post-Royal Rumble advertising from WWE has Roman Reigns taking on Braun Strowman at WWE Live events going in to WrestleMania 33. This Sunday at the Royal Rumble Braun Strowman will be competing in the Royal Rumble match and Roman Reigns will be facing Kevin Owens for the WWE Universal Championship.
Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens are advertised for the same events but no opponents are listed for either.
