Roode says he defeated a man who spent the last 10 years running rough shot over Japan before coming to NXT. Shinsuke Nakamura has defeated everyone NXT has to offer… except Bobby Roode. Nakamura even hit the Kinshasa and still couldn’t get the job done. Holding the NXT title over Nakamura was the single greatest moment in NXT. Why? Because now the NXT Universe has a real champion. Roode walks, talks, and looks like a champion. Roode is THE champion. It is no longer “we are NXT”. It is now, Roode’s NXT. NXT is now simply going to be, GLORIOUS!
