Impact Wrestling Results (4/20): Three Huge Title Matches, Multiple Returns, New Champion Crowned!

After the break, Santana dives over the top rope onto everyone.

In Ring Segment: Karen Jarrett

Karen says that historic things are happening for Impact Wrestling. They are live tonight. Karen tells the crowd that Impact and Global Force Wrestling have merged. Karen calls tonight the “Night of Champions” All of the titles (except the tag belts) will be on the line. Karen attempts to introduce someone but before she can Sonjay Dutt comes to the ring. Dutt and Karen hug. Dutt says he (and others) helped build the X-Divison. Dutt asks that they do it old school and make the X-Division match the main event and add him to the match as well. Andrew Everett comes to the ring and says he respects Dutt but Trevor Leee and the X-Divison title are all his.

Trever Lee and Shane Helms come to the ring and ask who the hell are these three in the ring to dictate policy. Helms says they own Everett. Helms says Dutt coming back to the Impact Zone is the return that no one ever asked for. Helms adds that if Dutt was in Impact for all of those years and never one the title maybe he just sucks. If anyone wants to talk about the X-Division they have to talk to Helms. Bruce Prichard joins them in the ring. Prichard wants to make something perfectly clear- Helms doesn’t run a damn thing. Prichard says let’s get crazy: the X-Division will be the main event. It’s going to be a six-way match: Lee vs Everett vs Dutt and three more unnamed X-Divison stars that Prichard will find in the back. Helms and Lee attack Dutt and Everett. Everett and Dutt fight of the Helms Dynasty. Dutt and Everett pick up the X-Divison title at the same time. Dutt and Everett stare at each other as the camera cuts.
