Video is shown recapping how the teams of Smackdown Live and Monday Night Raw were put together.
After the video, Daniel Bryan and Shane McMahon chat backstage. Bryan and Shane stress cohesion. Bryan says that he and Shane need to have a conversation about cohesion. Bryan says that he never consulted him about #undersiege.
Smackdown Women’s Championship Match: Charlotte vs Natalya (c)
Lock up. Charlotte goes for an early cover. Out at one. Tie up again. Charlotte pushes Nattie into the corner. Ref breaks up the hold. Nattie cheap shot. But Charlotte fights back and takes down Nattie. Nattie goes out of the ring followed by Charlotte who throws Nattie into the barricade. Charlotte puts Nattie back in the ring for a pin. Nattie kicks out. Charlotte then connects on a kick and Nattie rolls out of the ring only to be met by the boots of Charlotte.
When we come back from break. Nattie has locked in a surfboard. Charlotte fights out of it and chops Nattie multiple times. Nattie then comes back with a lariat. Nattie then applies a headlock in the center of the ring. Charlotte gets to her feet, but is thrown to the mat by Nattie. Nattie then steps on the back of the neck of Charlotte, but on her way back Charlotte spears Nattie. Cover. 2-count. Charlotte goes for a Figure Four but is sent into the middle turnbuckle by Nattie. Cover. 2-count. Another cover. Another 2-count. Nattie gets angry and slaps Charlotte across the face. Nattie goes for a sharpshooter, but Charlotte slaps her in the face. Roll-up. 2-count. Nattie is suplexed into the corner. Nattie rolls out of the ring holding her head. Charlotte kicks Nattie in the jaw from the apron. Charlotte climbs to the top of the barricade, but Nattie picks up Charlotte and drives her into the post. Nattie brings Charlotte back into the ring and drags her into the center of the ring and locks in a Sharpshooter. Charlotte is screaming and crawling to the bottom rope, but Nattie drags her back into the center of the ring. Charlotte again starts crawling to the ring and finally gets to the bottom of the rope. Nattie immediately starts striking Nattie and throws her to the outside of the ring. When Nattie gets back in the ring Charlotte connects with a boot to Nattie’s face. Figure-8 applied in the center of the ring. Nattie taps.
Winner and new Smackdown Woman’s Champion: Charlotte Flair
Renee Young asks her about her facing Alexa Bliss at Survivor Series. Charlotte says all she has wanted was the title since she has been to Smackdown Live. Says it means everything to win in her hometown. Says this Sunday she will make Alexa Bliss bow down to the Queen. Says she will win for team blue. Then talks about her dad’s medical issues. Says Charlotte, NC has seen the ups and downs of Ric Flair. Says she loves her dad and gives a WOO to her dad. As she makes her way to the ramp, Ric Flair’s music hits and walks out to give Charlotte a hug. The two turn to the crowd and then do the vintage Flair strut.
