How Was WWE Allowed To Use TNA Footage?

Dave Meltzer responded to a fan (@ConorMuta) on Twitter who asked him how WWE was allowed to use TNA footage on the recent Table For 3 with Kurt Angle, Shane McMahon and AJ Styles:

It’s worth noting that end of this particular episode of Table For 3 there is actually a plug for fans to find the full matches featuring Kurt Angle vs AJ Styles via the Global Wrestling Network app.
