WWE superstar Sin Cara has confirmed that he underwent knee surgery yesterday in Birmingham, Alabama. Many fans were left wondering whether or not he’d sustained an injury after his Instagram story indicated he was in Birmingham for some kind of treatment, and now, we know it to be true. There’s currently no timetable on when he’ll be returning to the ring.
