Breaking News: Reid Flair Arrested Again, Heroin Found In His Car

WSOC-TV in Charlotte is reporting that Reid Flair (Richard Reid Fliehr) was arrested on felony charges after Charlotte-Mecklenburg police found heroin inside his car.
