Randy Orton Reveals Where & When He Got a Concussion

As we reported earlier, Randy Orton suffered a concussion this past weekend at a WWE live event, making the announcement on Raw this week that he was concussed a legitimate claim. While his status for this Sunday night's Capitol Punishment PPV is unknown and Orton is being considered a "game time decision" for the event, he did post the following on Twitter when asked by a fan why he didn't work a match on Raw this week:

"Because I was knocked out in Spain. You can't wrestle, or should I say, perform, the day after a concussion."
