Former WWE star Edge, who recently completed work on a new WWE Studios project, entitled "Breaking The Rules," is expected to see his movie released in April of 2012. The film co-stars Jamie Kennedy.
Tomko, 38, of St. Augustine Beach, spent more than 10 years in the ring as “Tyson Tomko” for WWE and TNA and became an enforcer and tag partner.
After posting bond at the St. Johns County Jail in October, Tomko voluntarily checked himself into a rehabilitation facility in Florida for his addiction to pain pills, wrote Tomko’s attorney James McCune, of McCune Law in St. Augustine.
How he’s doing: Tomko is scheduled to complete one more month of intensive treatment at the rehabilitation facility, which is one of the best in the country, McCune said. He is in an intensive program and is not allowed to leave the facility, and he has a team of doctors and psychiatrists that are helping him with his treatment.
“I have nothing but great things to report about his recovery,” McCune said.
