It’s been WWE’s plan for awhile now to have Roman Reigns win the WWE World Title at WrestleMania 31, and be “the one” who stops Brock Lesnar, but with questions surrounding Reigns’ readiness to be WWE Champion, the certainty of the ‘Mania main event outcome has been in doubt.

With Brock Lesnar announcing his decision to re-sign with WWE this week, it is likely he will get a big babyface reaction from the live crowd in Santa Clara on Sunday, and Reigns might end up being a major heel in the match.

With regards to Brock appearing on ESPN this week to reveal his pro wrestling and MMA future, WWE wanted him to make the appearance on ESPN, and do it prior to WrestleMania 31, to put the PPV main event finish in question.

As for the finish of WrestleMania, a big angle could take place at the end of the match which would setup a future match for Brock Lesnar. As noted, with Lesnar agreeing to a new 3 year deal with WWE, the door is now wide open for the WWE World Champion to feud with other top names in WWE, and depending on The Rock’s busy schedule, a Rock vs Lesnar WrestleMania 32 main event is currently being penciled in by WWE.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
