WWE Reporting Cesaro Injured During His Match Against Sheamus on WWE Raw Tonight, Cesaro Comments

As seen on WWE Raw tonight, Sheamus took a 2-0 lead in his current best of 7 series, and the win came shortly after Sheamus hit a back body drop on Cesaro on the outside of the ring, driving Cesaro’s lower back into the ring post.

In what is likely a story line update, WWE.com has posted the following noting The Swiss Superman injured his back during the match:

Cesaro suffered multiple contusions to the lumbar spine during his match against Sheamus Monday on Raw, WWE.com can confirm.

Late in the match, Sheamus backdropped Cesaro into the turnbuckle before locking him in the Cloverleaf. The victory puts Sheamus up 2-0 in their Best of Seven Series.

Cesaro commented by Tweeting the following:

Well… I guess I’m not working out or anything this week…

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
