Monday Night Morgan?
Yeah …NO! ?#WWERaw pic.twitter.com/TrS9UuL6yl— WWE (@WWE) June 17, 2025

SKY can hand Morgan the title since she knows she can’t beat Morgan. SKY says Morgan has to earn the championship, Morgan can’t steal it like she did Dirty Dom. Dominik tries to speak, but the crowd isn’t having it. Morgan holds out her hand and tells SKY to hand over the championship. SKY says Morgan can have it. SKY tosses the championship at Morgan, then dropkicks her. Dominik tries to check on Morgan. SKY kicks Dominik in the head just because.
Grade: B-
Solid open. This was the best promo SKY has cut in the ring to date. It’s a shame that all of this is just leading to a Bella/Morgan/Rodriguez tag title match. Who wants to see that? If you do, tell us why in the comments!

Grade: B-
If you look at this match as a series of singles matches. WWE’s over-reliance on multi-person matches is becoming a serious issue week-to-week. If they have to happen, they have to all be different, which is clearly impossible for WWE to figure out. The long periods of people just lying out for minutes at a time while two people pair off is just off-putting. With that, Asuka winning here and Ripley’s involvement was fun. Asuka moving on to face Alexa Bliss in the next round is an interesting match since they have tagged together in the past. Who wins? Let us know what you think below!
The Ring General!
The new World Heavyweight Champion, Gunther, celebrates with the championship as pyro goes off on the stage. Gunther says he’s man enough to admit that Jey Uso was the better man at WrestleMania. Jey was the better man on one single night, but Gunther is better every other night. Gunther says he’s heard all the rumors. The crowd chants “Goldberg.” Gunther says no, he sent him packing in front of his family. Gunther wants to talk to Seth Rollins.

Goldberg gets in Gunther’s face and says Gunther started something with him and his family in Atlanta, so Goldberg is going to end it in Atlanta (at Saturday Night’s Main Event). Gunther backs away and leaves the ring.
Grade: C+
Goldberg has never been a promo guy, but this was fine. What’s the end game of giving Goldberg a title match at this point? It will be curious to see if Goldberg pops the rating for SNME.
AJ Styles vs. JD McDonagh w/Dominik Mysterio
Styles takes control early. Dominik tries to get invovled. Styles chases Dominik around the ring. McDonagh catches Styles with a dive. After the break, Styles rolls McDonagh into the Styles Clash for the win.
Winner- AJ Styles
After the match, Dominik tries a sneak attack. Styles catches Dominik with a Pelé kick. Finn Bálor pulls Dominik out of the ring before Styles can land a Phenomenal Forearm. The Judgement Day surrounds the ring. Styles rolls out to avoid getting jumped.
Grade: C+
Solid Raw match. The best thing about this one was the finish and the angle after. Styles isn’t going to win the championship, but having him be one of the reasons for tension between Bálor and Dominik is fun, considering all the history.
The Role Model Returns
Bayley notes that she was robbed of a WrestleMania match by Becky Lynch. She says Lynch’s attack and betrayal made her better and stronger. Bayley admits that Lynch being two steps above her has always bothered Bayley, but Bayley is starting to climb. The crowd cheers as Bayley promises to take back everything Lynch has taken from her. Bayley wants Lynch in the ring right now. Lynch joins Bayley in the ring, decked out in Chicago Bears gear. Lynch dumps on the Packers and gets booed. Bayley and Lynch go back and forth. Bayley wants a match. Lynch says Bayley can have a match, but not in Green Bay and not for the title. Lynch tries a cheap shot. Bayley avoids it and decks Lynch with a nasty right hand. Lynch runs away.
Liv Morgan vs. Kairi Sane
Sane takes Morgan down. Morgan rolls out, holding her shoulder. The referee checks on Morgan. After the break, Sane is announced as the winner. Morgan is hurt and can’t continue.
Winner- Kairi Sane

Grade: B
This was another in a sea of four-way matches over the last few weeks. They spent so much time outside of the ring and using the environment that this one felt different. The match was cooking, with big moves and close near-falls. Towards the end, it turned into a bit of an overbooked mess, with half the roster interfering. Considering how much of a pain Rollins and his group have been to everyone on both shows, it weirdly worked.
WWE Raw Review:
Tonight’s show had solid in-ring action with way too much outside interference. Now that we are one step closer to the next round of the King of the Ring, we will finally move away from all of these four-way matches and back to normalcy. Liv Morgan’s injury was unfortunate and hopefully not as bad as it seemed. Asuka’s return went well, with her winning and moving on to face Alexa Bliss in the next round of the tourney. Goldberg is back… and… well, that’s all I got on that. Who will win the King and Queen of the Ring? Will Gunther break the Goldberg curse? Tell us what you think in the comments!
