Multiple titles had changed hands during this year’s SummerSlam Premium Live Event. One of the major title changes took place during the WWE Women’s Tag Team Title match. The Judgment Day lost the titles to the Queen, Charlotte Flair, and Alexa Bliss.
The following day, during the SummerSlam recap show, both Charlotte Flair and Bliss pondered over the fact that The Queen had turned babyface during the match. Flair also praised her tag team partner. She claimed that no other person could have made her feel as comfortable as Alexa Bliss has made her feel. It all came down to the fact that both Flair and Bliss are able to work as a team and at the same time do not lose their individuality.
“No, but like, to give Lexi her props, she is so… Like, a lot of characters rely on each other. Her character and my character, she doesn’t need someone. But it took a strong character like her to bring out the different side of my character. And I don’t think just another girl could have done that. So, that speaks volumes for Lexi to be able to like, to let my guard down… I don’t know. I don’t think you could have paired me with just anyone, and I would feel comfortable. Not even comfortable but like, I don’t have to lose my ego… My Flairness. Yeah,“ Charlotte Flair said.
