WWE’s Alexa Bliss has sparked injury concerns after being spotted with an arm brace at Fanatics Fest.
Former Women’s Champion Alexa Bliss was among the WWE Superstars who appeared at Fanatics Fest in New York City yesterday. Her appearance came after she endured a beatdown at the hands of Jade Cargill on the July 10, 2026, episode of SmackDown, where she appeared to have sustained a storyline arm injury.
However, Bliss sparked legitimate injury concerns when she was seen interacting with a fan at Fanatics Fest while wearing an arm brace. Many fans did point out that she’s likely selling the storyline injury, but this, coupled with the fact that she shared pictures of her bruised arm on social media, has raised some concerns.
It’s also worth noting that Alexa Bliss is double-jointed, or has hypermobile elbows, which allows her to make it look like she hyperextended her elbow. She has done it before on WWE TV.
Alexa Bliss’ WWE injuries led to awkward questions at the doctor’s office
During his recent appearance on Artist Friendly with Joel Madden, Alexa Bliss’ husband, Ryan Cabrera, revealed that when they visited the pediatrician after Bliss came home with bruises, the doctor asked her if things were okay at home to confirm the injuries weren’t due to any domestic violence.
“But what’s tough is she’ll come home and have like bruises everywhere, like all over her arms. So if we go to the pediatrician, if I go to the bathroom, they’ll be like, ‘Are you okay? Is everything okay at home?’ I’m like, ‘No, my wife’s a wrestler. This is what happens.’ You know, their elbows are all beat up. Right now, it looks like there’s an arm print on her arm. I’m like, gotta let people know you’re a wrestler,” Bliss’ husband said.
