Like Nikki Bella previously, it seems that Naomi is having a hard time pronouncing the last name of Stephanie Vaquer.
During a commercial break on this week’s episode of WWE Raw, Naomi appeared before the live audience in Brooklyn, advising them to stay put in their “trash” city and away from her home state of Florida. To continue their “honest” conversation, Naomi then addressed her victory at WWE SummerSlam and an upcoming challenger to the WWE Women’s World Championship, Stephanie Vaquer Velcro.
“Since we’re being honest, having a good, honest conversation, let’s talk about me walking out of SummerSlam still as your Women’s World Champion,” Naomi said. “You know what? I told y’all I was going to keep this Raw division on notice, and I’m gonna clock all of y’all favorites’ tea every single time. Next on my list is that Stephanie, that Stephanie Velcro.”

As many fans pointed out across social media, this wasn’t the first time that Naomi has butchered Vaquer’s last name. Last month, she addressed the former NXT Women’s Champion as “Stephanie Var-qwuar, or however you say it.” Prior to that, WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella accidentally referred to her as “Stephanie Vacway.”
Looking ahead, Vaquer will challenge for the WWE Women’s World Championship at WWE Clash In Paris. Her opponent? Either Naomi or IYO SKY, depending on the outcome of next week’s title match on Raw.
