Josh Alexander has his sights set on a big singles match in AEW.
All Elite Wrestling‘s Josh Alexander recently spoke with Justin Barrasso of Undisputed. While discussing tonight’s eight-man tag match on Dynamite, Alexander expressed his desire to wrestle Kenny Omega in a one-on-one match, referring to him as his number one bucket list opponent.
“Kenny Omega is number one on my bucket list, and he has been for the past decade,” Josh Alexander said. “I’ve looked up to him for so long, and I have so much respect for him. He earned that top spot. That’s what I’m vying for. I’ll get to step in the ring with him on Dynamite, and hopefully that snowballs into something even more. That’s my dream match.”
The Don Callis Family member is hopeful to be on the card later this month at All Out when the company heads to Toronto at the Scotiabank Arena.
“To wrestle at ScotiaBank Arena would be something I’d never forget,” Alexander said. “But I’m focusing on controlling what I can control, and that goes back to putting in the work every day.”
