One of the most shocking returns in recent WWE history is that of former Divas Champion, AJ Lee. She returned on last week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown. She showed up to help her husband, CM Punk. Recently, a WWE Hall of Famer shared that she wants to create another moment with Lee. The star is none other than Nikki Bella.
While speaking on the latest episode of the Nikki & Brie show, Nikki Bella shared that both Lee and her played pivotal roles in each other’s careers in WWE. Thus, she wants to have one more moment with Lee.
“I actually hope we get a moment because when you think about it, everyone’s talking about it on the internet and it is true. I mean, we were so much of each other’s most important stories at that time with the Divas Championship before she had left and even with you and Paige, it was so much about us, and so the fact that we both are there. We have to have a moment. I feel even this Monday, we should have a moment backstage, but in who we are as characters, but I know obviously they’re focused with that, but I’m hoping at some point we have that interaction because I know the fans would love it and it would be fun.” [H/T WrestlingNews.co]

Nikki Bella shared her excitement about seeing that both her and AJ Lee are back in business. She also mentioned that while talking to the former Divas Champion backstage, she reminisced about their feud from back in the day.
“AJ’s back, and so she and I were chatting for a bit backstage, and we both were just saying, you know, how crazy it is, but she was like, ‘I just love that you’re here, why I’m back,’ and I’m like, ‘No, I’m so happy you’re back,’ and I’m like, ‘We both look so good. AJ Lee will be having her first match in ten years at the Wrestlepalooza Premium Live Event. She will be teaming up with Punk to take on the team of Becky Lynch and Seth Rollins.
