Former WWE Champion Kofi Kingston hopes to stand across the ring from a former TNA World Champion at some point in the future.
WWE Superstar Kofi Kingston was a recent guest on the Battleground Podcast. When asked if there’s anyone in TNA Wrestling he’d like to face in the future, Kingston said he’s always wanted to mix it up with Moose.
“There’s a lot of talent there. The first name that comes to my head is Moose,” Kofi Kingston said. “I really dig his energy, man. I’ve always liked his energy when he comes out and gets the people behind him. Seeing him go toe-to-toe with Oba was really cool, but I’ve always kind of wanted to mix it up with him, who knows what’ll happen.” [H/T: Fightful]
With the ongoing partnership between WWE and TNA, this match isn’t out of the realm of possibility. Although no main roster talent has worked a match for TNA yet.
