A familiar face is coming to the National Wrestling Alliance.
Since exiting WWE over the summer, Shotzi Blackheart has been riding a wave of momentum that’s taken her to promotions such as GCW, Hoodslam, House of Glory, and MLW. Next month, she’ll make another stop at the National Wrestling Alliance.
Per a press release, Blackheart will mark her NWA debut SAMHAIN Part 3, which emanates from Atlanta’s Center Stage on October 17. Blackheart’s debut, along with other SAMHAIN action, will air across multiple episodes of NWA Powerrr in the weeks following the event. NWA Powerrr broadcasts on Tuesday nights on Roku Sports at 8pm ET.
The former WWE NXT Women’s Tag Champion is confirmed to be wrestling at SAMHAIN Part 3, though her exact opponent has yet to be announced.
Elsewhere at the event, Rich Swann will challenge NWA World Television Champion Bryan Idol. Former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion Trevor Murdoch will also battle Hammerstone. Another former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, Matt Cardona, will also return to NWA at the event. In recent months, he and Blackheart have feuded over the title of “Indy God.”
Other advertised talents for SAMHAIN include Natalia Markova, Aron Stevens, and Kenzie Paige. At last year’s SAMHAIN Part 2, Paige successfully defended the NWA World Women’s Championship against Tiffany Nieves. At NWA 77, Paige lost the title to Markova. Their opponents for SAMHAIN Part 3 have also yet to be confirmed.
