Reports have revealed the details of the new contract offered to Jazmyn Nyx on WWE NXT.
Jazmyn Nyx is set to leave WWE NXT after rejecting a new contract offer. This week, she was written out of the faction Fatal Influence, signaling the end of her run with the company. Nyx posted on Instagram to address her departure.
Nyx explained that the new three-year contract WWE offered did not meet her financial expectations. However, she also clarified that she has no plans to start an OnlyFans page. She also responded to a fan on Instagram who suggested NXT talent make between $80,000 and $150,000.
She indicated that her own pay was below that range. Fightful Select reported that Jazmyn Nyx is leaving NXT after a contract dispute that led her to walk away from the company. The outlet also spoke with multiple sources, including agents, NXT staff, and talent, to clarify the details and figures of Nyx’s contract situation.
It was confirmed WWE wanted to keep her but refused to change their offer. Nyx was earning about $75,000 on her current contract, which matched the new multi-year offer, though it’s unclear if the pay would have increased over time.
The report stated, “NXT talent can make significantly less than that when they’re recruited or first brought in. However, there are some on the NXT roster that are making six figures, and even above main roster minimums. The main roster base pay starts at $350,000 according to those we spoke with.”
Reacting to her Instagram interaction with fan on the pay, one NXT talent noted that Nyx likely earned less than $60,000 after taxes and still had to cover expenses like gear.
